Ken Jackson has called the Austin area home for more than 20 years and has watched it grow, neighborhood by neighborhood. He knows the suburbs because he has lived in them: North Austin, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Georgetown and Leander. He can tell you how the commute really runs, which builder communities negotiate, where school boundaries fall, and how a street feels on a weeknight, not just how it looks in the listing photos.

Before real estate, Ken spent 20 years in technology as a software engineer, entrepreneur and product leader. He still builds. Ken uses AI to research neighborhoods, study pricing and market his listings, so his clients get faster answers and sharper data. The advice, the negotiating and the relationships stay personal.

Ken is a proud Texas A&M Aggie raising a mostly Longhorn family. His daughter is at UT, a high school senior is headed to UT next, and his son is studying in Tennessee. Away from work, you will find him at a live music show or trying another of Austin’s great restaurants.
