As a second-generation real estate broker, Jen Helmig grew up learning the business from her high-performing, high-volume broker mother. Her passion for learning led her to earn a BA in Business Administration, followed by an MBA—and she's currently finishing her PhD in Psychology/Theology.

Before diving back into real estate, Jen owned and operated multiple successful gyms and Crossfits in San Diego, sharpening her business acumen and competitive edge. In 2015, her heart brought her back to where it all began—real estate.

A recognized top-producing agent in 2016-2025—and a 3X Icon Agent—Jen has built a reputation for excellence. She offers a dynamic range of services tailored to Austin’s diverse market of investors, buyers, sellers, and tenants. In 2021, Jen personally flipped 14 investment properties and built a thriving portfolio of both short- and long-term rentals. She doesn’t just sell real estate—she lives it. Jen mentors and teaches others to invest with confidence, using the same proven strategies and systems she applies in her own portfolio. 

Previously the director of JOG Real Estate, Jen also mentored agents into top producers within their first 12 months of real estate, believing that iron sharpens iron. With years of experience, previous licenses in multiple states, and a solid academic foundation, Jen is a trusted resource.

Jen lives in North Austin with her husband—a respected local realtor and business broker—and their three kids. When she's not negotiating contracts or coaching agents, you’ll find her working out, reading, or discipling women within her community.
