Madrid, earned in Spanish, which sharpened his strategic, cross-cultural approach to identifying
opportunity and enhanced his international work experience.
His background combines decades of experience in technology business development, professional
landscape design work with a lifelong passion for residential real estate investing, and international
travel. This unique blend allows him to analyze properties from both an investment and lifestyle
perspective—helping clients identify opportunities to maximize value, functionality, and long-term
appreciation.
Having traveled or lived in over twenty one countries and worked with clients & colleagues from
around the world, Bill understands the unique challenges faced by people or families relocating to
Austin from other states and countries. Leveraging fluent Spanish, he is energized by assisting both
